In this space, I ensure projects are resourced, financed and structured to deliver using regular communication channels, executive performance reporting, training and workshop sessions.

I deliver project outputs within tolerances by numerous methods such as PMBoK, Prince@, BPR and personally customised methods.
The Program Management Office (PMO) is the brain of the project organisation and should be seen as a centre of excellence in maintaining project management methodology, governance, reporting, tools, templates, processes, continuous learning, training and development. I design, revitalise and gear PMOs will long-term cost savings.
The management of issues and risks is an integral part of project managment however also a separate focused service. There is risk in everything we do; prompting us to proactively implement treatment activities. I build customised structures using experience, industry methodologies and standards to manage issues and risk and discover opportunities.
